Raspador PEEK, raspador
Features and advantages:
Self-lubricating, it can work stably for a long time without oiling, which can avoid the pollution of packaging equipment and food caused by the use of metal parts that need to be lubricated, and also make the appearance of packaging equipment neater and cleaner.
Wear resistance: PEEK and its composite materials have the best wear resistance among plastics, and their wear resistance is more than three times that of copper alloy.
Corrosion resistance: The trend of food processing and packaging equipment is to design them into self-cleaning types to ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene. Cleaning solutions are generally based on acid and chlorine. PEEK has an amazingly stable chemical structure and has good corrosion resistance to various organic and inorganic solutions, even at high temperatures. This solves the problem that metal and ordinary plastic parts cannot withstand corrosion for a long time.
High temperature resistance: In packaging machinery, high temperature and radiation are often used to sterilize packaging equipment or food. PEEK can be used continuously at a temperature of up to 260°C. Even at a high temperature of 300°C, it can still maintain excellent mechanical strength and can be heated in a hot air furnace, a steamer, a contact heater or a microwave oven. This allows PEEK parts to withstand repeated sterilization, including 200°C autoclave sterilization, 143°C flash sterilization, gamma ray sterilization, and ethylene oxide sterilization lamps, without losing mechanical properties and still having excellent stress cracking resistance.
Low moisture absorption, resistant to hydrolysis, can work in water and steam for a long time.
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, PEEK itself is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and has long been certified by the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration). It can be used in contact with food with no contact period.
Easy to mold. PEEK has good processing and molding characteristics. It can be easily processed into various complex and special-shaped parts according to customer drawings or samples using injection molding, turning, milling, punching, tapping, CNC precision carving and other processes.
Because PEEK has outstanding advantages such as wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, and self-lubrication, it can ensure continuous and long-term use on the equipment, avoiding equipment shutdown caused by replacing parts.
