02 Highlights of the Medical Exhibition

Changzhou Junhua Medical Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Junhua PEEK (referred to as Changzhou Junhua Medical). The company is engaged in the research and development and production of medical polymer materials such as medical PEEK, PPSU and continuous carbon fiber CF/PEEK thermoplastic composite materials. Continuous carbon fiber CF/PEEK thermoplastic composites

As a typical high-performance thermoplastic resin, PEEK has outstanding performance. The production of PEEK medical catheters has environmental requirements. The equipment and raw materials must comply with ISO13485 standards and undergo strict sterilization and disinfection. Junhua PEEK can perform many post-processing operations on catheters such as ring printing, end sealing, expansion, punching, and fixed bending.

The elastic modulus of PEEK is closer to that of human bone tissue and meets the mechanical measurement standards of teeth. In addition, the material has the advantages of high strength-to-weight ratio and better biocompatibility, making it very suitable as an oral denture material.
