1. Rapid extrusion of PEEK tubes with greatly improved concentricity and straightness
Since PEEK itself needs to reach a melting point of 334℃ to melt, the pipe will lose its roundness due to gravity in the molten state, and it will solidify quickly when cooled below the melting point, which makes it difficult to control the size of the rapidly extruded PEEK pipe. Through unremitting efforts, the roundness and straightness of the PEEK pipe extruded by our company have been significantly improved, reaching the quality standards of similar foreign products.
The rapidly extruded PEEK tube has good dimensional control, and at the same time brings the advantage that the open series products such as the open ring are not easily deformed after post-processing.

2. Extrusion of PEEK capillaries with qualified dimensional tolerances such as Φ1.75*Φ1.4, Φ3.2*Φ1.6, Φ1.6*Φ0.5mm, etc.
After continuous data query and practice, the technical staff has been continuously exploring the extrusion conditions such as extrusion temperature, extrusion die, extrusion speed, and finally successfully developed PEEK capillaries of Φ1.75*Φ1.4, Φ3.2*Φ1.6, and Φ1.6*Φ0.5mm. PEEK capillaries are widely used in the analytical instrument industry and the medical device industry. The company will continue to increase investment, increase specifications, and make sufficient inventory to better meet customer needs.
