PPSU is an amorphous, high-performance thermoplastic that has better impact and chemical resistance than PSU and PEI.

After high-pressure steam sterilization failure testing, PPSU has been proven to have excellent hydrolysis resistance, surpassing other amorphous thermoplastics. In fact, PPSU can be placed in a steam sterilization environment for an unlimited number of times, and high-pressure steam is widely used to sterilize medical components, making PPSU a material of choice for medical devices.
