Introduction to the application of PEEK in the textile machinery industry
PEEK polymer and its modified composite materials are recognized in the market today as new polymer materials that can be melt processed with high comprehensive performance. They have outstanding characteristics and advantages such as high temperature resistance (can withstand 260℃ for a long time and 300℃ for a short time), corrosion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, self-lubrication, wear resistance, high strength, high precision, and dimensional stability. In order to meet the technical requirements of textile printing and dyeing machinery such as increasing running speed, reducing noise, oil-free lubrication, high reliability continuous operation, shortening downtime, reducing energy consumption and environmental protection, the selection of key parts and materials of equipment is extremely important. PEEK high-performance polymer and its modified composite materials have good performance under high temperature and high humidity conditions. It also has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, hydrolysis resistance and very outstanding wear resistance, making it an ideal material for engineers who require challenges such as extending the life of parts and reducing machine operating costs.
PEEK has been successfully applied in the textile printing and dyeing machinery industry, solving many technical problems. Plastic parts such as high-temperature wear-resistant sliders and self-lubricating wear-resistant sleeves made of PEEK and its modified composite materials can replace parts made of traditional materials such as copper alloys, stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene (plastic king), ordinary engineering plastics, and graphite, meeting the stringent technical requirements of textile printing and dyeing machinery for parts such as wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high speed, oil-free lubrication, acid and alkali corrosion, dimensional stability, and no pollution to fabrics, and can reduce operating costs. It helps to achieve continuous, normal and orderly production at higher production capacity. It has become an ideal choice for extending the service life of parts, improving equipment grade and operating reliability.
The high-performance plastic parts of PEEK (polyetheretherketone) polymer and its composite materials developed by Jiangsu Junhua have been widely used in various processes such as textile, sewing, non-woven processing, dyeing and finishing, shaping, mercerizing, printing and embroidery. Typical product forms include: wear-resistant sliders, bearings, bushings, dust covers, wear-resistant buffer strips, track wear strips, amplitude modulation nuts, wear-resistant lifting clips, sleeves, yarn guide wear strips, washers, gears, helical wear plates, etc.
Junhua PEEK focuses on the application design and processing and manufacturing of high-performance new material parts such as PEEK (polyetheretherketone) and PI (polyimide), and cooperates with customers in the textile printing and dyeing machinery industry to develop nearly 100 kinds of high-performance PEEK plastic parts molding molds and products for Toyota looms, Monforts, Altus, Sanderson and other domestic and foreign textile printing and dyeing equipment, which are in stock all year round.
