Extrusión continua de láminas de PEEK
Continuously extruded PEEK sheets are widely used in machining of small batches of large sizes or products that cannot be machined by injection molding or other processes. We currently have nearly 100 types of extrusion dies with complete specifications and are always in stock.
Continuous extrusion PEEK sheet extrusion line, PEEK square plate, PEEK sheet, various specifications, can extrude 1250mm wide PEEK sheet
1. Overview:
PEEK is a high temperature resistant thermoplastic with a high glass transition temperature (143°C) and melting point (334°C). The load thermal deformation temperature is as high as 316°C (30% glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforced grades).
Models and colors of PEEK sheets:
1. PEEK5600G (brown gray/khaki) is made of pure polyetheretherketone resin, and has the best toughness and impact resistance among all PEEK grades. PEEK can be sterilized using convenient sterilization methods (steam, dry heat, ethanol and Y-rays), and the raw material components of PEEK comply with the EU and US FDA regulations on food compatibility. These characteristics make it widely used in the medical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries.
2. PEEK5600LF30 (black) is a bearing grade plastic after adding PTFE, graphite and carbon fiber. Its superior friction properties (low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and higher peak pressure limit) make it an ideal material for this level of friction applications.
3. PEEK5600GF30 (brown gray): This material is a reinforced plastic filled with 30% glass fiber. It has better rigidity and creep resistance than PEEK5600G, as well as better dimensional stability. It is ideal for manufacturing structural parts. It can withstand fixed loads for a long time at high temperatures. If PEEK5600GF30 is used as a sliding part, its adaptability should be carefully checked because glass fiber scratches the mating surface.
4. PEEK5600CF30 (black) This material is filled with 30% carbon fiber reinforcement. It has better mechanical properties (higher elastic modulus, mechanical strength and creep) and is more wear-resistant than PEEK-5600GF30. In addition, carbon fiber reinforced plastic has 3.5 times the thermal conductivity of unreinforced PEEK plastic and dissipates heat from the bearing surface faster.
