【Abstract】PTFE was treated by irradiation, and then micronized using a jet mill and characterized. The micronized PTFE was added to grease as a thickener, and the properties of the grease were tested and compared with the doping effect of imported PTFE micropowder. The experimental results show that the irradiated PTFE can replace similar imported products after micronization.
