The purpose of holding the master-apprentice signing ceremony is to enable new employees to quickly familiarize themselves with the work process and improve their work skills under the help and guidance of the master, so that they can smoothly pass the company’s assessment and become formal employees after the probation period. In addition, it can also better play the rich work experience accumulated by the masters, stimulate the enthusiasm of old employees (masters) to lead new apprentices, and solve various specific problems encountered by apprentices during the probation process. In addition, the company will also require and assess the teaching of the masters and the learning of the apprentices.

As a master, you need to have rich work skills and experience, be helpful, and be good at promoting and training new colleagues. As an apprentice, you should abide by company discipline, obey the master’s arrangements, respect the master, study and work hard, complete the internship within the prescribed learning period, graduate on schedule, become a qualified employee who meets the company’s job skill requirements, and make progress together with the master.
