The meeting was chaired by Mr. Liu, the management representative, who talked about the purpose, frequency, meeting arrangements, implementation of improvements to the previous year’s management review, and changes in internal and external factors. At the same time, requirements were also raised on details such as the participants in the management review meeting, the clarification and definition of the functions and responsibilities of individual departments and personnel, and the quality of the input and output reports required for the management review. The meeting proposed improvement resolutions in terms of system document management, performance management, equipment management, training, and 8D projects in PEEK product quality, requiring all departments to implement specific improvement measures and continuously improve the company’s management level.

During the meeting, General Manager Li affirmed the operation of the company’s three major management systems and put forward requirements for the next step of work.First, strengthen safety management and continuously improve quality. All departments should strengthen basic management, carefully find the shortcomings in the operation of the system, put an end to the «two-faced» phenomenon, and solidly promote safety and quality work.Second, strengthen leadership and ensure that everyone performs their duties. The heads of each department are the main responsible persons for the operation of the three major management systems. They must earnestly perform their duties, study and formulate countermeasures for problems found in the operation of the system, clarify the responsibility for rectification, and ensure that the problems are solved at the root.The third is to grasp the standards and make every effort to promote them. The three major management systems are systematic projects that involve the survival and development of the company and the vital interests of employees. The key to whether they can operate effectively is to grasp the standards, implement them strictly, and manage them well.

The meeting concluded that the company’s quality management system met the requirements of suitability, adequacy and effectiveness in 2020, and operated normally and effectively.
