Junhua PEEK ERP Project Authorization and Implementation Kick-off Meeting

On March 1, 2021, the company and Changzhou Xinyouchang Information Technology Co., Ltd. jointly held an ERP project kick-off meeting in the company’s second-floor conference room. General Manager Li Jun, Deputy General Manager of Production Liu Dejun, and the company’s middle and senior management staff attended the meeting together with Sun Wei of Xinyouchang Software Company and Account Manager Ma Chunbao.

At the beginning of the meeting, Feng Xi announced the official launch of the Junhua PEEK ERP project. Sun Wei, the UFIDA ERP project manager, first used PPT to explain the company’s ERP information project to everyone, introducing the UFIDA ERP implementation methodology, the project team members and their responsibilities and tasks, the implementation plan, goals and scope, project implementation guarantees, etc., so that everyone can truly understand the sound service system of Xinyouchang and the efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system.

General Manager Li Jun of Junhua PEEK then spoke. He reviewed the process of contact and communication with Xinyouchang and affirmed the efforts made by Xinyouchang. He then said that the company’s management, sales, procurement, warehouse, finance and other departments have a clear understanding of the importance of the ERP system, and announced that the next thing the company needs to do is to plan, implement and use ERP well.

Then, General Manager Li analyzed the reasons for implementing ERP and the difficulties that would inevitably be encountered during the launch process, indicating that the company’s employees would rise to the challenge and overcome it. Afterwards, the leadership announced a reward and punishment system, rewarding departments or personnel that performed outstandingly during the implementation process, and imposing corresponding penalties on departments or personnel that were not active or even delayed the project’s launch on time. The meeting appointed members of the company’s ERP project leadership team and issued appointment letters.

Before this launch meeting, Changzhou Xinyouchang Information Technology Co., Ltd. and our company’s management had repeated communication and research, and reached a consensus and ultimately achieved goals at all levels.
